DOWNLOADS – Due to the nature of our downloads and the customer’s ability to view all our downloads prior to purchase, there are NO refunds or returns allowed for any downloads purchased.

THUMB-DRIVE – Thumb drives are guaranteed for one month from purchase date. We will gladly replace thumb-drives upon receipt of the original thumb-drive. Due to the nature of our product and the customer’s ability to view all our products prior to purchase, there are NO refunds for thumb-drives.
